SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to dispatch all regular orders within 48 business hours, if there is a delay, we will let you know.

All of our delivery shipments are arranged via Royal Mail.

All purchases will be shipped with one gift box, if you require more packaging please add an aditional gift box to your order.

All international orders are shipped International Tracked via Royal Mail.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer refunds & exchanges as long as they are within 28 days of the date of purchase, and are eligible for return.

Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 10-14 working days of us receiving the items, although during busy periods this may vary. Refunds will always be processed to the original payment method.
